The sting had gone a little out of the game, but Tuggeranong had some late energy from subs and benefited from Lara Mustaine pushing into defensive mid.

Tuggeranong United went on to take the game 2-0 over the West Canberra Wanderers, the second goal to Claire D'Cruze after a goalmouth melee off a corner.

A result that adds some zest to the #NPLWCF competition ladder!

A close round 4 #NPLWCF contest is shaping up at Kambah 2 between Tuggeranong United and West Canberra Wanderers, where it is 1-0 at halftime to the home side.

Rhianna Goldstein buried the lively Nicole Zhao's cross in the 3rd minute, and they also missed a late penalty.
