@KokoroPhilonous ...but in-game, the test isn't "Turing Test" but "Battle Turing Test"... quite different in purpose. To me it seems Asuka still sees a need for combat-capable synthetic life, which does make me wonder what threat he still sees, or if it's still just personal research interest 🧐

@KokoroPhilonous The immediate explanation for Asuka R#'s creation in his Arcade mode, for example, is to act almost therapeutically for R.Kreutz.

By the end of the Arcade mode, R# is shown to pass the Turing Test (developing an emergent personality, even using different pronouns to R.Kreutz)
