@LNRailway I was left stranded in Crewe at 2am this morning after getting the rail replacement bus from the cancelled 21:34 service between New Street and Lime street - as I arrived in Crewe so late I obviously missed my final connection to Preston (1)

@LNRailway And the station was also empty + locked - I had to get a hotel room for the night before getting the first train out this morning - am I able to have the hotel cost reimbursed as I wouldn’t have had to pay for one had the train be running and I made my connection. (2)
