@AussieGamr Bc of game keycards I now get to buy a bunch of micro sd cards just to store all of these games as well. I am paying full price for the game keycard for the billion dollar company to save a buck just to buy an overpriced micro sd to store all of their games on top of that.
@_GoofballMcgee@Lisnovski I mean tablets and laptops have smaller scaled UI compared to the Switch as well yes? When on the go I want to get to what I want quicker and to see more at once. It makes more sense that way. At home it doesn't matter on a big TV. It should scale to the users preference.
@VideoGamesPlus_ Fatal Frame 2 Crimson Butterfly Remake on XBOX. Didn't realize how limited that print was until recently. Dead Island 2 Ultimate Edition for XBOX was pretty limited it seems as well.
@PackyBrennan@XBOX Nintendo's keycards are trash and are just as, if not more guilty. I am not saying this isn't a good thing. Disc to digital is a great feature. But it's not the preservation people think it is. We just need larger disc capacity options so games can be installed offline as well.
@gamer5695@XBOX Sony has managed to do it all this time. and some publishers have shipped games on two 50GB discs in the past. Affordable for them or not, the preservation of the game is what matters. If they need to charge us a premium for the physical to pay for that disc then that's fine.
@PackyBrennan@XBOX As long as you have an internet connection it would. But in the event you don't or servers shut down, game distribution rights get pulled etc. you have no way to install that game. That's a preservation concern for the long term. This feature is only good for the short term.
I knew that look was familiar. Samus' Vi-O-La Suit reminds me a lot of Gigan Rex's design. I wonder if there was some inspiration taken there. It's such a cool look in my opinion though.
@TheCesarcade I would even consider Gen 7 retro now. It feels weird to say it since it feels like yesterday, but kids that grew up with Gen 7 are all adults now and I definitely would have considered the N64 and PS1 retro when was in my 20s
