I stand corrected: I found it reported four hours earlier than my post. The "deranged" seems unsupported, but otherwise the best coverage so far:

Temple Albert, New Mexico's largest synagogue, was attacked last night, along with the nearby JCC.
Nobody was hurt, and the suspect is in custody. Federal law enforcement is involved.
There is no news coverage; not local, not national. Zero. Zilch.
@empirical_Tea@HebrewHammer_3 Good. This is the second outlet so far.
It isn't on their homepage. It is on the homepage of the first reporting outlet, https://t.co/roiEiWcoJ2.
@PiePie1578624 Well a neighbor once died of the plague after getting bitten by a flea in his firewood pile, but there is more to NM than just rare diseases.
This is the first I've heard about this.
But I immediately know Hezb did it because Antonio chose not to name the culprit. It's too obvious.
If I turn out to be wrong, I owe all of you a coke. But I'm not wrong.
I condemn the recent killing of a Serbian @UNIFIL_ peacekeeper in Lebanon.
Seven peacekeepers serving with UNIFIL have now been killed & several more have been wounded since the escalation in hostilities since March this year.
These attacks must stop.
In most countries political activity of foreign nationals is restricted or forbidden altogether--especially electioneering.
I'm ambivalent about the very permissive American approach. It appeals to my inner civil libertarian, yet it is extremely vulnerable to bad faith actors.
During the Columbia protests, Espaillat amplified baseless claims that cast largely student protesters as dangerous extremists, helping legitimize a smear campaign against his own constituents. In doing so, he echoed talking points promoted by AIPAC and others seeking to discredit the students. Today, more than 100 students have been suspended, expelled, or otherwise disciplined by Columbia, yet he has done nothing to support them or speak out on their behalf.
@olddguy I just assumed that if they had known what a mezzuzah meant they wouldn't have knocked in the first place.
The Mormons knew? Huh. Perhaps they were well trained.
Two little old ladies banged on the front door this morning. They wanted to share some good news from the scriptures. Awesome.
Because they are little old ladies, I don't slam the door but politely explain that we aren't interested. They don't take no for an answer.
After a few moments finally I say "we're Jews."
With a surprised "Oh!" they turned on their heels and swiftly walked away without another word.
Lol.
