Last night we celebrated more than 500 games over 10 seasons together. It was bittersweet to reflect on the accomplishments of these girls, seeing them grow in the game and as people. Looking forward to one last summer season but had a blast looking back. ❤️

After finishing up Block 2 with @BumpMechanic, I reached a new overhand arm velo of 62 mph!! +3 mph from last block, and a total increase of +9 mph from when i started in June!! Excited to keep getting better and hopefully crack 65 soon!! @Paige_McMenemy @MeganMcMenemy25
