@PGHtransit you really need to have your drivers keep riders informed. We have been sitting in the 6 AM SHV Blue Line for over 20 minutes in the tunnel before Steel Plaza. No explanation from the driver whatsoever. It’s rude and ludicrous. How about some courtesy?!

@PGHtransit it would be helpful if your drivers would alert the riders why they are sitting for over 10 minutes at a stop. Still at Washington Junction on a T I got on at South Hills Village at 6 am. Other Ts are going onto the outbound tracks and passing us by. It’s ridiculous
