@NespressoUSA Also, rereading this… I was always using the website directly on a browser. It was a mobile browser (Chrome) & I tried on desktop browser (Chrome) & it’s still literally impossible to click on anything because everything moves when I try to select anything. Is it a Chrome bug?

@amazon Your password change process is ridiculous. The kindle app glitches when you switch over to your email account for the code and the Amazon app requires you to know your current password. I don’t remember it that’s why I’m trying to change it. Can you please help?
