My favorite part about the Hildibrand questlines is that as you go expansion to expansion you can slowly see your wol lean more and more into the bits and accepting the sheer nonsense that happens

We got halfway to Stormblood with the Hildibrend Manderville quests! And oh my goodness, I haven't had a refreshing laugh like this in a while! 🤣

It's so nice doing something so different in FF that it feels so genuinely unique compared to everything else in the game! 🤘

@linkkling It's all very simple just RNG dependent. Unfortunately crafting/gathering materia can't be bought with clusters or tomes so there aren't many simple ways to get it

@linkkling Not hard per se but very time consuming. From gathering materials to making sure your gear has the proper stats it can take a couple hours to make a set that's High Quality. Then demand for week 1 raiders also increases price because HQ gear has better stats vs normal quality

I have solo killed so many bosses as WAR that when I'm in a dungeon and the rest of my party is dead I ask them if they want me to solo the boss or just die so we can reset

@sunhops If you care about queue times for trials (you can just use trusts for most dungeons) I would actually choose a healer/tank. Otherwise I would probably go with RPR since low level BLM is pretty boring. Then when RPR is closer to 100 switch to another job so you don't waste msq exp

Additionally all jobs pre-endwalker (sorry PCT, VPR, SGE, & RPR) have epilogue quests. Some are just fun little things to cap off the storyline but the DRK quest is the best one

People are gonna be so pissed I put HW low. My reasoning is when I watch people go through HW I only really care about The Vault and the patches. All the other expacs have so many notable moments throughout them I find myself basically rewatching the whole expansion

On one hand yeah consolidation would be nice. On the other, aside from ultimates what are you actually saving old battle materia for? Also we technically already have consolidated forms in the form of Clusters, allied society currency, and scrips
