@StanbicIBTC I noticed that pin authorization has been returned for transactions, as well as sharing receipts directly from success message. You listened to your customers complaints and acted, kudos to you.
A major foundational problem in Nigeria is Orientation. People have relatively bad orientation when it comes to critical thinking. They are unable to grasp the idea of excellence or what it means.
At this point i think I'll just move all my money out of @StanbicIBTC bank. Because what kind of unstable amd unreliable way of service is this?

@StanbicIBTC Dear Stanbic. Your online services are deteriorating rapidly. Your mobile app has become slower than a tortoise. Otp's are not dropping. Just a bad experience. You should do better.

@Henry4evame@StanbicIBTC Exact same thing I've been complaining about. Why is there a new policy for OTP, know that the Mobile netwrok infrastructure is just to crappy to sustain this process?
4 digit pin works very well. Why the inconvenience and stress to your customers??
@StanbicIBTC Your app has become inconvenient. I cannot generate receipt from transaction success message. That's inconvenient.
Also i cannot complete transactions with my pin anymore, it's switched to otp. That's inconvenient .

I make ALOT of transfers daily, and sharing receipts directly from the success message on the app saves me a lot of time. But after you upgraded your app to 3.0, the feature disappeared.
