@LostMyHats Jesus reads Isaiah in Luke 4. Jesus kept the Sabbath in the gospels. The disciples called Jesus rabbi, because they acknowledged he was a teacher of their faith. Jesus cannot be the prophesied fulfillment of God’s promises without those promises being made before he was born.

Just because you believe he died for your sins doesn't mean he wouldn't rebuke you for acting like a Pharisee.

@scrappyone76 @JungleBocan Exactly. Someone who crosses an imaginary, man made line is not the same as someone who commits aggravated assault or murder. There is a reason these crimes are not judged or punished the same in our courts.

Everyone who has been to a wedding knows the love is patient verses. No where does it say love assumes guilt

@JungleBocan @scrappyone76 So if we apply God’s Mosaic law to this topic since that’s where this started, crossing borders was NOT a crime against God’s commands but assault was. This law was based on eye for an eye, so I do hope for mercy that they not be beaten as they did to others.

But your credibility is now zero if you believe criminals who assaulted police officers, were found guilty, and then did not do their full time should be on our streets. Either you believe violent criminals don’t belong on our streets or you don’t. So Trump made a mistake pardoning the insurrectionists, yes?
