Beautiful Ordination service in @WinCathedral with @debbiesellin as Karen takes a new step in faith on her journey with the people of Sherfield on London and Stratfield Saye with Hartley Wespall with Stratfield Turgis and Bramley.
Important to listen to this from Professor Dawkins, Emeritus Fellow of @NewCollegeOx -- this is where the secular materialist world-view will take you. It takes you to evil, which you do not even have a category for.
Planted a conker in a pot at #MessyChurch a few years ago and it moved house with us as it grew. Now planted in the ground and, with some protection to stop the deer having it for breakfast, we hope it will help #WorldEarthDay for the next 300 years.
Rejoicing with @RachelTols and @TreziseJamie today as they begin their married life. Beautiful service of celebration with those near and far. There may be a limit on numbers who can be present in the service but there is no limit to the power of the Holy Spirit with you.
Today in Rotherwick a centurion told his story of the empty tomb and why he believes that Jesus truly was the son of God. (And we had a bit of help from some 3 day old lambs and chicks.) Celebrating our risen Lord on a beautiful sunny afternoon.
One year on: a yellow ribbon to remember each month and the lives that have been changed forever in that time. Finding hope in the natural rhythm of Creation as the spring flowers bloom and the birds continue to sing in each new day. Thankful for the frontline. #DayOfReflection
@paulbcornwall @DioTruro Reminds me of the words I said with my brother every night as a child..."Father unto thee we pray, thou hast guardest us all day; safe we are whilst in thy sight, safely let us sleep tonight."...followed by a long list of people & pets we would like God to bless! Be blessed. ๐
"...the Lord does not see as mortals see; they look on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart." Wise words from 1 Samuel 16:7 for all of us today as we are thankful for those who have loved the real us through all life's ups and downs.
Small team gathered at Sacred Heart church ready to livestream the service prepared by the women of Vanuatu for World Day of Prayer. Holy Spirit come in power we pray.
Thank you @jowhiley for speaking so passionately about your sister Francesโs experience.
All people with a #LearningDisability must be prioritised for the vaccine now.
We hope Frances makes a full recovery soon.

Unexpected gift of love and hope delivered to my doorstep today by wonderful friends at St John's as they were out sharing God's love with others in our community. Feeling blessed.
@paulbcornwall Those beautiful eyes looking at everyone with such hopeful expectation will always be remembered. A faithful friend and ever-willing companion on the journey of life.
Watching the poppies falling at the Festival of Remembrance feels even more poignant this year as they silently fall in the gaps of social distancing, a reminder of the gaps each petal of remembrance left in the lives of others.
Today's lesson: it is the hearts and minds of people joining in worship together that is what concerns God and not the inadequacies of the service leader to operate Zoom well. Which is just as well after the difficulties I had today. To see everyone still there at the end was ๐
Lovely start to the day joining with over 3,000 others across the UK for the livestream of the National Parliamentary Prayer Breakfast 2020. Wherever we are and whatever we face we need never be alone; hope and peace are to be found in every place and we can be the difference.
