One of the most telling attributes of an effective leader is that they bring out the best in those they lead. They raise morale and confidence of their staff. Imagine what a staff can do when they feel valued.
It's easier to admire resilience in others than to recognize it in ourselves.
We often underestimate ourselves because we see other people's outer strength, but not their inner struggles.

Love is the ultimate driver of grit and excellence:
1. If you love it, you’ll work hard to become great at it.
2. If you love what do you you won’t give up.
3. If you love your team you won’t quit on them.
4. Love casts out fear and fuels you.
