@jacob_dale97 The fact that nobody in this thread recommended going to a PT is disappointing. Find a good Physical Therapist. Work on intrinsic foot strength, balance and calf/hip strength. Dry needling can be a great treatment as well. RICE is NOT the answer.

@bigwerms @jfortner88 Always tough without a physical exam. I would absolutely want to assess neck/thoracic spine for anything that might be impacting the shoulder. Could be trigger point in posterior shoulder or a strain in rotator cuff as well.
