A stock token is only as honest as the float behind it.

When a memecoin pool locked 53% of the on-chain float of $HIMS, the wrapper traded 112% above the share it tracks. Nothing broke. The pool had simply become the market, and the market it was meant to follow stopped mattering.

So the pad caps it. No single pool may hold more than 2.5% of the live $SHOP float, and everything on the pad together stays under 25%. The cap is read from the float itself, so it widens when Robinhood issues more and tightens when it does not. We do not get a vote.

A pair you cannot trust is not a pair. It is a story with two tickers.
