Work, life & stories from an everyday little clothes shop, starring TBE (The Boss Erratic), the MAMAAS (Middle Aged Men Always Around), Daily Chinwaggers etc.
I didn't catch the name of the journalist from @thepooluk who was on the @vicderbyshire programme just now, but her words on gaslighting and emotional abuse in relationships was spot on. #VictoriaLIVE
@cornershopspy Love the idea of 'Cashier Etiquette' training. Sadly the nearest The Boss Erratic got was, "Do not let #dearcustomer know the shop is shit,, everyone is basically untrained and the cafe is a health and safety deathtrap." She didn't actually say that but I read it in her eyes.
My boss #TheBossErratic is trying to kill me I swear. The fact I have not been drowned, electrocuted or crushed is entirely down to my own survival instinct. Yay me https://t.co/s3egyOkDdl #blog#writing#funny#retaillife@UKBloggers1
@NiallMcAvera AND it's Friday too, oh dear. Jolly poor show old chap. I am assuming your whole weekend will now be spent trying to manage your disappointment at #dearcustomer 's disappointment. Or not.
@MarianKeyes I could offer to stamp on your toes, that way you'll forget about the pain in your fingers. I offer that service to Hubby and he always finds it a really helpful comment. Apparently.
#dearcustomer tip: in future, try to exfoliate your scaly neck before playfully wrapping the shop's scarves around it with no intention to buy. It'll save me the subsequent job of removing your detached scales with sticky tape. Thanks awfully. #reptile#DISGUSTING
