ShopinX Community Update | 23 October

On 21 October, ShopinX was affected by a serious incident. We recognise its impact on our community, and we want to share where we stand today, clearly and transparently.

◾️ What happened
During an OTC process, a third party used impersonation and falsified payment confirmations. This resulted in the unauthorised release of approximately 17.75 million SPX, which were then sold on the market. All transaction records and communications have been preserved.

◾️ No evidence of a contract exploit
Our review to date has found no evidence of an exploit or vulnerability in the SPX token contract. Everything we have seen points to social-engineering fraud, not a code issue.

◾️ Our recovery: A new contract and a 1:1 migration
To protect our holders, we have migrated to a new token contract. The former ticker was SPX; the replacement token is ShopinX (SHOPINX).

Ratio: 1 old SPX = 1 SHOPINX, based on each wallet's snapshot balance
Excluded: the fraudulently obtained allocation

◾️ Distribution and unlock
More than 5,900 eligible wallets have already received their SHOPINX directly. Add the contract address above to your wallet to see them.
Holder balances are locked for one week and will all unlock at the same moment: 29 October 2026, 13:49 UTC. No claim is needed; tokens unlock automatically.
A small number of remaining balances, including wallets under review, are being delivered in stages before the unlock.
Exchange users: BiFinance has confirmed it will credit its users 1:1. Coordination with CoinTR and WEEX is ongoing; we will share updates as each exchange confirms.
Treasury allocations (Team, Marketing, Strategic Reserve: 750M) remain under long-term on-chain vesting.

◾️ How can balances be locked if the contract has no freeze function?
The one-week lock was written into each holder's balance once, at the moment of distribution, with a fixed end date. Nobody, including the ShopinX team, can extend it, change it or apply it again, and it ends automatically for everyone at the same time. "No freeze" means no one can freeze or block any wallet at will, and that is permanently true for this contract.

◾️ New contract security
Fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 with no mint function. No owner or admin keys. No freeze, blacklist, pause or tax. The source code is verified on BscScan, and locks and vesting can be checked by anyone there. An independent security audit has not yet been completed; we will publish the report once it is.

◾️ What you should do
The old SPX contract (0xCa56…3827) is deprecated. Please do NOT buy it.
Purchases made after the snapshot were not included in the completed distribution, and their treatment remains under review.
Some wallets and explorers may not show the token's USD value yet. This is normal for a new contract and will update once data providers list it.
Never use migration or claim links sent by DM.

ShopinX will never ask for your private key or seed phrase. The address above is the only official contract.
