Launches are back on Shore 🌊

Since Sep 29, new launches were failing at the last step: putting the liquidity into the Rhea pool.

What happened: Rhea's deposit call checks every pool on Rhea before it accepts a token. Rhea's pool count doubled in two days (1,400 → 2,900), so that one call went from ~120 to 260+ TGas and keeps climbing. Our locker is keyless by design, so liquidity stays locked forever and its gas budget can't be changed.

What we did, in a few hours:
• Found a path that skips the scan: a tiny seed order, then Rhea's HotZap adds both positions in one call
• 16 TGas, flat no matter how big Rhea gets. 15× lighter
• Deployed a new keyless locker. Liquidity is still locked forever
• Relaunched all 4 stuck launches under the same tickers and delivered the creators' first buys. They paid nothing extra

Existing launches weren't touched, and no funds were lost.
