Let me get this straight.

I have to order my breakfast at the counter.

I have to pick up my coffee from the counter.

I have to get my own utensils and napkins.

& I have to bus my own dishes.

There is literally no service and this cafe’s tip options are: 25%, 27.5%, 30%.

I typically would give 20%.

But now am going to give 10% just out of principle.

We can confirm that a float plane carrying five guests from Nieuw Amsterdam was involved in an accident in Ketchikan, and there are no survivors. It was an independent tour not sold by Holland America Line. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of the victims.
