@AJMagicMessage As someone that works in mental health, there's one piece of advice that makes all the difference:

When you ask how someone is, mean it. Have the time to ask if they're really ok/fine, so they know they can talk to you.

Those working in an office will likely work different 4 days so there's always cover.

For those new to claiming, they don't notice the difference in that respect.
