The fact I now I have to wait for extra expenditure back through no fault of my own isn’t fair. Thomas Cook could have flown in sooner to bring us home. Other airlines did!
@TCAirlinesUK delayed by 50 hours from Orlando last week despite airport having been re opened for 2 days prior to rescheduled flight home. Was told hotel/meals would be reimbursed. I have filled in the form online for flight compensation but no one has asked for receipts?
@Flight_Refunds@TCAirlinesUK I have a feeling they’re going to sight it as “adverse weather” however we were due to fly weds evening and Orlando airport re opened weds AM yet TC didn’t come and fly us home until Friday late evening. Hurricane didn’t even hit where we were so not sure how they state weather?

The way I've been treated by Vodafone over a recent upgrade is disgusting. I've shown loyalty to vodafone and had nothing but trouble. 23 phone calls, still no phone, their error and no one wants to help!! Have just been cut off for the 3rd time as no one knows how to fix this.
