@McFranchisee @southscanner @DoorDash And after constant contact with Doordash about this individual, they said they wouldn't be able to do anything for me. So we just canceled DD completely. They lost two locations, and about $90k monthly from us.

Doordash would give her a credit. She would then use that credit to order the same order, and do the same thing. She did it for a month,1/

@McFranchisee @southscanner We did 20%, and Doordash constantly messaged me that our prices on their platform were too high. We really need to offer a promo, through DD, to offset it, and generate more sales.
I asked them to lower commissions, they said no. So, I said no to lower prices. Lol
