Please can someone contact me in regards to my daughter’s mobile phone which stopped working a month after she’d had it? 6 times I have requested packaging to send it back, I’m still waiting 6 weeks later

🍎 said it would never work and after having it for only a month I expected it to be replaced. My 14 year old needs her phone before she goes back to school so that she can use it for her train and bus tickets to enable her to travel to and from school

@SkyUK please can someone contact me as a matter of urgency. My daughter’s brand new iPhone 16 stopped working 1 month after she had had it. 🍎 ran a diagnostic and said it would not work again. I have contact sky 6 times in the last 6 weeks to arrange for the phone to be 1/2
