¿En serio? ¿La abogada que representó al DRNA en el caso del Paseo Peatonal y Ciclista de Rincón, y que según los hallazgos del tribunal sostuvo la existencia de un deslinde de 2007 cuya validez quedó seriamente cuestionada, ahora abandona el caso porque fue nombrada jueza por Jenniffer González Colón?

Si así son premiados quienes participan en procesos marcados por información incorrecta, incompleta o falsa, como concluyó el tribunal al revocar los permisos, el mensaje es devastador: en Puerto Rico la incompetencia y la falta de transparencia no tienen consecuencias, tienen ascensos. La confianza en las instituciones no se construye repartiendo togas, sino exigiendo responsabilidad y rendición de cuentas. El país merece una explicación.
