Busy day today first game bk in rugby for a couple of weeks and won all 4 games! Well done ospreys wheelchair rugby! Then over to neath archers for a meeting and some shooting(12 arrows and had no strength left)! Sweating pints, really tired, time to chill the rest of the evening
