I recently bought a DJI Osmo Mobile 7 from Amazon, and the seller was DJI itself. I was really excited because this was my first gimbal and I’m just starting to learn mobile cinematography.

The multifunction back button is also behaving incorrectly now.
Normally: Double click = reset to default position & Triple click = rotate 180°

Yesterday it worked perfectly. But now when I rotate the gimbal around 110–130° and double click, it rotates 180° instead of resetting.
