@airindia flight AI 762 from New Delhi to Kolkata has been delayed for 3 hours.There's no information on boarding, & no one at the gates.Originally scheduled for 9 PM, it's now scheduled for 11.55 PM.
How long can passengers wait like this? As a Golden Edge Member, I'm disgusted.

@airindia I understand that there can be flight delays. What we expect as passengers is the basic information & coordination at the airport. That's severely lacking. It's almost 11.55, boarding has not been announced yet. There's chaos at gate 32 B

@UberINSupport @Uber_India @Uber You charge for rides via credit card before booking, & after the ride your app shows a pending payment for the same amount. No help from your app for over 2 days.Can't book rides. You deserve to be dragged to the consumer court & penalized.
