@ACTFibernet I had a call with your customer support yesterday and they told me it will be fix within 4 hrs and I will get a call from concern team within that 4hrs. That was supposed to by 2:40 pm on 27th September. Can you please tell me what shall I do now? #fuckingirritated #worstservice

@ACTFibernet fucking pathetic service. Outage from 9th to 17th September and again from 21st to till date. Committed to solve the issue within 48 hrs and from Monday I'm hearing 24hr, I'm not sure if your clock is working. Most pathetic service ever faced till date.#insane

@ACTFibernet These are the service requests I raised for this month only. From the last 2 request you can. See I have only used the internet for 1week I guess. This is the kind of service provider you are. Don't even think about your customer's problem.

@ACTFibernet For your information these are the tickets. This is not the first time I'm taking Twitter. Since July I'm facing issue, and Everytime it takes at least 3-4 days and 3 occasions I have faced more than 6 days of outag. How you are gonna explain that of your service?

@ACTFibernet I have been told since Monday that this has been taken as very high Priority, but I don't think so. It's like if there is any issue @ACTFibernet will now takes at least 7 days to respond. Their 24hrs is equal to 7days of the week it seems. #humorous #patheticservice

@ACTFibernet the service you are providing it's beyond pathetic. I am raising my concern about frequent connection problem for the past 15 days and still no one is bothering.everytime I'm calling the support center for help they are saying it will be fixed and excuses.

@ACTFibernet Contact- 7980509910 City- Hyderabad. Today also it's not fixed yet. Some guy came to fix and scattered wires all over the place.. when I called him he told it will take another hour and it's midnight still his 1hour is not over I guess!!
