They are all three just horrible to #SmallBusinesses if you need help. Only worried about getting paid and up selling. Even when your services don’t work they continue to bill you and want to sell more. I don’t get it. How can @RingCentral@QuickBooks and @ATT be so horrible.
The worst part of being a #smallbusiness is that you are at the mercy of the big business service providers such as @RingCentral, @QuickBooks & @ATT They offer the worst #customerservice ever and don’t care because they don’t need you. Not sure which is worse right now.

Did you know that @RingCentral@RingCentralCare will leave a customer hanging for days or even weeks with crappy service that does not let your customers call your business. Yep it is true. Happening now for the second time in my first two months with #ringcentral.
@RingCentralCare I have done that yesterday and was told my case has been escalated. It would be nice to hear back on the progress before I go out of business because customers can not call me.
Looking for recommendations today on a #VoIP system to replace @RingCentral I keep having difficulty w/ @RingCentralCare and customers can’t call my number. 2nd time this happens and spending hours just trying to get help & talk to tier 2 support. Tier 1 does not listen at all.

Well I think it’s official @RingCentral@RingCentralCare does not care about #SmallBusiness or providing #TechSupport All they want is your money. If your phones don’t work they don’t care. They def so t listen to what you tell them is happening.

We have had @RingCentral for about 2 months. It took over a week for my office phone number to work. Now it’s not working again. Not sure when it works. @RingCentralCare doesn’t listen and makes it really difficult to talk to their 2 support. Time to start shopping.
