preliminary thought on #TheRookie 5x20 - i see it as a firmer closure for Tim on the whole Isabel saga. Tim arranging to meet her at Lucy’s shows
(1) he’s telling Isabel how serious he is about Lucy &
(2) he makes sure to loop Lucy in from the get-go.
