@FlySWISS I have a round trip booked from Zürich to London with Swiss airlines, but due to unavoidable reasons I will not be able to make the trip. I would like to cancel my booking and also know how much refund I receive. However, I am not receiving any help on this from Swiss.

I tried calling the service center, but it never got answered. And when it was answered I was left on hold for over 30 minutes and I did not receive any information. It will be very helpful if you can please solve this issue for me.

@airindiain Yes I did, and the German website mentions that RTPCR is not mandatory for vaccinated people. However, Air India is sometimes asking for RTPCR also from vaccinated people. Please tell me what is the reason for this confusion.

@airindiain The RT PCR requirement is only for passengers whose destination country needs it (picture below). However, some people are being asked by AirIndia to show a RTPCR for travel to Germany even if they are fully vaccinated. Can you please tell me what is the valid rule?

@airindiain Is there a RT-PCR test required for travel from Delhi to Frankfurt? Germany has no RT PCR test requirements if one is fully vaccinated and can show the proof. Also on the Air India guidelines it is mentioned that the RT PCR test requirement is not mandatory.
