It is extremely difficult for working professionals based in Bangalore to travel, as we currently have to go via Nagpur and then take a flight to Bangalore. Train services are also inconsistent, and getting confirmed tickets is very difficult.

Experienced very bad experience from star air line today. The air line charged extra for carrying two laptops in handbags which weighed more than 5kg.
I always used to carry 2 laptops, no other airline charged me any extra. Lesson learnt, never going to book star airline flight.
