Systemic levels of dox and plasma exposure reduced up to 90% when compared to standard dox.

Sadly, 1 patient of 19 had a DLT. This was within C2 at 120mg/m².

However, there were no DLTs at the *higher* doses of 160mg/m² and 200mg/m² within C3 and C4 respectively.
