एक ही डिग्री, इंटर्नशिप, ₹10 लाख बॉन्ड और अनिवार्य सेवा—फिर मेडिकल कॉलेज में ~₹1–1.2 लाख और CHC/PHC में केवल ₹50–65 हजार?
समान सेवा का मूल्य पोस्टिंग से अलग क्यों?

They have endured these issues for more than a year, including salary disparity and difficult working conditions.

These are the same doctors who serve in rural areas.

🚨 UP BONDED MBBS DOCTORS: EQUAL WORK, EQUAL PAY.

IMA JDN Uttar Pradesh has formally raised the issue of remuneration disparity among MBBS doctors serving under compulsory government service/bond obligations.

Doctors posted at CHCs/PHCs and other government institutions deserve a fair, transparent and objectively justifiable remuneration framework.

We urge the UP Government to review the existing structure and ensure parity for similarly situated doctors through due process and consultation.

Equal work deserves equal recognition.
