Eric Ladin, who played Cole MacGrath in inFamous 2, shared some BTS photos on IG in time for the 15th anniversary tomorrow!
Can’t believe it’s been that long man. More than a decade later and it’s still one of the best superhero games of all time
I read the whole thing and I'm generally inclined to agree. Spider-Man 2 largely ran into the same issues, with its story beats never *deserving* their payoffs because there was no proper leadup in the first place. I am skeptical if anything has changed with Wolverine.
Was talking in discord yesterday about this particular screenshot and we all managed to convince ourselves that it was a screenshot of a Wolverine mod in Spider-Man 1/2

Why? Well, in this brief moment at the beginning of the gameplay trailer, there’s a Roxxon tower in the top right corner.
Imagine opening a game studio and making an innocent friendly reply to a voice actor you presumably have a great working relationship with, only for a million articles to hinge on that being a sliver of evidence of a revival of an IP both of you worked on over a decade ago.
I don't know Mat, and I don't know Kevin either. All I am is a fan of both of them, and I'd LOVE to be proven wrong about a new Sly Cooper... but I'm not smoking the hopium.
This is such a terrible example because both Uncharted and The Last of Us heavily suffered from crunch. Sure they were critically acclaimed, but at what cost?
Sequels do not need to reinvent the wheel.
I really hope that if 007 First Light gets a sequel, it is released within a 2-3 year period. I literally want the the same graphics, same engine, same combat, and the same mechanics as the first game.
Use the tools that you've spent ~5 years building and give us a new narrative and just more of the same gameplay in a new playground.
