@tyrranKPX Yeah, I have never understood people rating things so highly based on outside factors. I only care about the quality of the actual game/show/song/whatever.
OOT is a very good game. But, I cannot agree with it being the best game ever or anything like that.
@LordGriimm@LukeCB14 Me being slightly off about 1 or 2 things doesn't really make my overall point wrong. That's not how this works. We aren't on Reddit. Now honestly you can just catch the block because you have done quite enough to show you are not someone who can have an intelligent conversation.
@LordGriimm@LukeCB14 And I know you won't accept this response, but the having a million players thing wasn't supposed to be literally every day 1 million people were playing. It was moreso to say that for major content drops, they had at least 1 million people logging in to check out the new stuff.
@instamixcoffee Seems really solid. I know a lot of people always felt like just slapping subclass verbs onto stuff is lazy. And it is. But I like this.
@LordGriimm@LukeCB14 I mean, you can look at the graph YOU keep posting and see that the game consistently maintained a playerbase of over 1 million people for most of its life.
@LordGriimm@LukeCB14 Yeah man, if consistently having over 1 million daily players for years is considered a "mass drop off", then I guess that makes you not stupid.
@LukeCB14 They got so much of my money. Sometimes even when they really didn't deserve it. Some people will blame anyone besides the higher ups at Bungie.
Is the idea that being first makes something better considered a logical fallacy? If not, it should be.
Like maybe it's a variation of appeal to tradition?
Without Ocarina of Time, Twilight Princess would not exist. Full stop.
Twilight Princess has some great dungeons and introduced a ton of cool new items (still love the Spinner) but it's always felt a little inconsistent compared to Ocarina IMO.
