Had the worst experience with @united
Booked a flight from Newark to Mumbai with a layover in London from the @united website in June 22 for travel in December 22. They charged us the whole amount around $1450. The london to Mum segment was supposed to be run by @AirCanada

PSA: booked a trip to BOM (via LHR) w @united 6 m b4 departure. Got an email saying booking is done and then a confirmation email. No communication after. 3 w before departure I RANDOMLY find out that the LHR-BOM portion of the trip was never confirmed and hence cancelled..(1/2)
