No attempts from GM side to communicate after he lied that he would get back after talking to his seniors. Last he cut the call abruptly and constantly refusing his senior's contact numbers.
Since then: no proper response, no resolution, no accountability- only silence.

The GM suggested my mother should hand over the jacket for “patching”, despite duck feathers leaking and it never returning to original condition.
He also suggested she roam around Amritsar WITHOUT a jacket in freezing cold for a day.

Context: Within 30 minutes of check-in, my mother’s Uniqlo duck-down jacket was ripped by a broken bathroom borehole at the hotel when she was coming out of the room's washroom.
