I purchased 3 mattresses from Pepperfry:
Order ID 310929252 – 2 mattresses, both unopened and in mint condition.
Order ID 310918219 – 1 mattress, which I used but found extremely hard and uncomfortable.
Requesting Pepperfry to arrange a return/refund.

On 28/12/2022

From 16/01/2023 It's showing Police report has been sent to SP Office,Mumbai for review

Please help me out on the status of the file no till when it will be processed
