इस घर में आए अभी सिर्फ़ एक महीना हुआ था, लेकिन सोसायटी के लोगों की वजह से अब हमें फिर अपना घर खाली करना पड़ रहा है। कुछ ही दिनों का समय दिया गया है।
बाबा साहेब डॉ. भीमराव अंबेडकर ने भी जातिगत भेदभाव के कारण अपने जीवन में अपना घर और सम्मान दोनों खोने जैसी परिस्थितियों का सामना किया था। और आज हम भी सब चीजों का सामना करना पढ़ रहा है सच में मेरे परिवार को बहुत कुछ सहना पढ़ रहा है..

I am writing with regard to two posts on your X account that are disrespectful to Hindu Deities:

One of the posts depicts Bhagwan Shri Krishna in an insulting and disrespectful manner, while the other depicts Bhagwan Shiv in a mocking and disrespectful manner.

Such content is deeply hurtful to the religious sentiments of Hindus, including me.

You are entitled to express and hold your political views. However, that freedom does not extend to insulting Hindu Bhagwan or mocking the faith and worship practices of Hindus.

You have yourself stated on this account that you are 14 years old. As you are a minor, I am choosing to address this matter politely and am simply asking you to remove these two posts by 1:00 PM tomorrow.

If the posts continue to remain available after tomorrow, I will consider the lawful remedies available to me under Indian law.

I hope you will understand the concern raised and delete the above-mentioned posts.

I came across her (@Nishuazad11) derogatory tweets concerning Bhagwan Shri Krishna, Bhagwan Shiv, Maa Durga, and Maa Saraswati yesterday.

If you look at our team’s track record, you will see that wherever Sanatan Dharma or Hindu Deities are insulted, we take legal action through constitutional and lawful means.

It is your right to believe or not to believe in someone’s Dharma or religion, but you do not have the right to insult or demean someone else’s Dharma.

Her tweets may be old, but the period of limitation begins from the date of knowledge. We have also got an FIR registered against Rana Ayyub in relation to her old derogatory tweets concerning Hindu Deities.

The police have assured us that they will take the necessary action in accordance with the law.

Although you deleted the derogatory posts concerning Maa Durga and Maa Saraswati after the time frame stipulated by us, you have still failed to remove the following derogatory posts concerning Bhagwan Shri Krishna and Bhagwan Shiv.

Delete these posts as well immediately and issue a clear public apology, confirming that you will refrain from posting or publishing any derogatory or defamatory content concerning Hindu Dharma or Hindu Deities in the future.

Please note that we have already initiated the process of filing a Petition before the concerned Court seeking appropriate and strict legal action against you in accordance with law.

Further, we are in the process of examining your social media accounts and publicly available posts. If any other similar, derogatory or objectionable content is found, the same shall also be brought on record and made part of the complaint/petition before the Hon'ble Court.

You may take this as a final opportunity to remove the aforesaid posts and rectify the matter before it is placed before the Court.

We have also filed the complaint against Sanjay Azad and Nishu Azad before the concerned DCP and apprised him of the Order dated 28.04.2023 in Ashwini Kumar Upadhyay Vs. Union of India & Ors., whereby the police is required to take suo motu action in such matters.

I have made it clear that, in the event the police fails to register the FIR, I may be constrained to initiate the following proceedings:

1. Petition under Section 175(3) BNSS / Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. seeking directions for registration of an FIR; and

2. Contempt proceedings against the erring officials for non-compliance with the directions contained in the Hon’ble Supreme Court’s Order.

28.04.2023 को माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने निर्देश दिया था कि

देवी-देवताओं के अपमान के मामले में पुलिस किसी के शिकायत की प्रतीक्षा नहीं करेगी बल्कि स्वतः संज्ञान लेकर FIR करेगी लेकिन ऐसा नहीं हो रहा है

गुजरात के #भावनगर से दिल दहला देने वाली घटना सामने आयी है
भावनगर के बस डिपो में जिहादी #फैजल ने दलित हिंदू महिला #काजल_बरैया की खुलेआम पीट पीटकर हत्या कर दी।

जब काजल के भाई ने अपनी बहन को बचाने का प्रयास किया तो #जिहादी_फैज़ल ने उसे भी बुरी तरह से मारा,
जब काजल का भाई जान बचाके भागा तो सड़क पर से उसको पकड़कर घसीटकर वापस लाया गया,
ISIS आतंकवादी स्टाइल में भाई के सामने बहन की हत्या कर दी गई
लोग तमाशा देखते रहे मगर किसी ने लड़की को नहीं बचाया,
नामर्द, अंधा, लंगड़ा और खोखला बन चुका है समाज, मानवता मर चुकी है

और दलित नेता ? वो भी मर चुके है, कोई भी दलित नेता इस दलित हिंदू लड़की के लिए आवाज़ नहीं उठा रहा।

ये वीडियो इस बात का प्रमाण है कि गुजरात में मुसलमानों ने आतंक की पराकाष्ठा पार कर दी है।
