People don’t realise, Bollywood has long given up on Indian audiences. Producers like @yrf makes movies for crowd in UK, Gulf and US even Turkey. This crowd is mix of Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi and other Muslims who understand and enjoy Hindi movies. Thats why they show ISI in good light always.
The revenue the movies get there outnumbers Indian revenue. ( avg ticket price in London may be £15-20 . 4 times of Premium tickets in India and 10x of Avg ticket price in India.
Also still lot of Bollywood is financed by Dawood and his associates
