BDM, AIGETOA और BTEU की स्पष्ट मांग — BSNL में 3rd PRC को तत्काल लागू किया जाए और Affordability Clause को बिना किसी देरी के समाप्त किया जाए।

यह कैसी विडंबना है कि BSNL की नीतियां बनाने वाले अधिकारियों को 7वें वेतन आयोग (7th CPC) का लाभ मिल रहा है, जबकि कंपनी के नियमित कर्मचारी आज भी 3rd PRC से वंचित हैं। यह भेदभाव अब और स्वीकार नहीं किया जा सकता।

हम प्रतिनियुक्ति पर आए अधिकारियों और नियमित कर्मचारियों के बीच वेतन, भत्तों और अन्य सुविधाओं में पूर्ण समानता की मांग करते हैं।

BSNL के कर्मचारियों ने कंपनी के पुनरुत्थान में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दिया है। अब समय आ गया है कि उनके साथ न्याय किया जाए।

3rd PRC लागू करो। Affordability Clause हटाओ। वेतन असमानता समाप्त करो।

MoSC, that SNEA is the Largest Association in BSNL having representation from all wings & cadres and drew his attention towards key issues of Executives in BSNL like Implementation of 3rd PRC, Standard Payscales, 30% SAB Contribution, DoT Pension for TTAs recruited on DoT Advt/ notification, resolving Pay loss issues of Post 2007 JEs / JTOs / JAOs, regular Promotions, stopping unnecessary transfers, 2nd/4th Saturday Off and realistic targets in IPMS etc.
Hon. MoSC was on a short tour to Chandigarh & during his visit to BSNL has taken review of the 4G Services by BSNL and has issued instructions to BSNL & TCS for speedy expansion of 4G sites.
