No Indian vessel was attacked. US attacked a commercial vehicle bearing Palau flag. This had Indian Mariners on board. Did US know that? 99% they did. Captain allegedly switched off transponder & ignored warnings from US navy. Nevertheless, US used disproportionate force for this.
