ISpoofer is down again because apple has revoked the certificate, the devs are working on making a new certificate and waiting for approval for it from apple. So its not an ispoofer problem, apple just keeps revoking certificates so new ones need to be made.

Did you install altstore on your pc first?

Use altstore. Look up a video of how to download it and then go to the direct download page and instead of doing direct download, download ipa file.

@SlimShadyHazee Its not a ispoofer problem, apple keeps revoking certificates so new ones need to be made. This is an apple problem not ispoofer. There are other ways to spoof without the direct link to
