People act like any given group of people isn't gonna have a wide range, most people simply prefer to keep their interests far away from malicious people (lolicon btw)
@Ozzy30@marinewaves02@atrocityTCG Ok now you're just either ragebaiting or you don't understand anything about those decks I mentioned, have a nice day.
@Ozzy30@marinewaves02@atrocityTCG The moment that I can let a deck play with no interaction whatsoever from my end and still consistently win they cannot be the best going first deck ever
@Ozzy30@marinewaves02@atrocityTCG All the meta decks of the current format, especially considering how many breaker decks are going around.
But that was just one good example, from more recent years you can point at tearlament, floo, maliss, ryzeal, and other pseudo ftk decks as being better going first
@Ozzy30@marinewaves02@atrocityTCG They do indeed do something against the deck, they never autowin but you can always trade 1 for 1 against kt with some handtraps, it might not be optimal deckbuilding but you can indeed do it 2018 gouki if it won every die roll it would still have over a 70% wr against +
@Ozzy30@marinewaves02@atrocityTCG Deck ever if I can use "yeah just do your thing and I'll deal with it on my turn" as a real, and probably optimal, tournament strategy?
"Not randomly dying to anything" is a given for a stable top tier meta deck printed after 2021
@Ozzy30@marinewaves02@atrocityTCG Well, that doesn't answer the question.
Not only me but other much better players than myself feel rather comfortable playing no handtraps against KT and just letting them do their thing, no one could say the same about 2018 gouki. How can it be the best going first+
One of the things you have to know to understand my presence online is that I am trying to have fun, if something is funny/seems fun I will do/say it. It is that simple, yes
