Wes Streeting’s final shot as he ran out the door
Your NHS data is not going to be safe
You will have NO option to OPT OUT of data sharing
GPs have seen this coming & will stand with their patients
Palantir et al will have access & Government controls

Our co-chair @DrJohnPuntis said:
“It's outrageous that patients should be financially penalised because they have reduced mobility. The solution is not to outsource it to a private company at the expense of patients, but for the NHS to up its game.”

We crunched the numbers from government spend records. And if these figures are correct, the total handed out to Tory friends and supporters through the VIP lane for useless PPE that has not been recovered stands at a staggering £979m 🤯

@wesstreeting Get rid of the Trust system and the market system! We should have a national health system again, not individual businesses linked by a series of ICSs and Governing Boards and other groups of overseeing bodies. Too complex. Staff know what and how to do things, let them do it.
Hi @ShropCommHealth. You have a Board meeting listed for 1st August but no venue and no papers. This also means no minutes available for June's meeting (and the most recent available recording on your website is from the 4th April Board).
Could this get sorted out, please?
Thanks

The waiting list for diagnostic tests has doubled in the last 10 years. The shortage of radiologists is at crisis point.
Solutions? Investment in kit. Investment in salaries & working conditions to retain current staff. Investment in training new staff.

Just look at how the rate of increase in life expectancy has been dropping in this country. And it’s not just since COVID/2020. The decline seemed to start around 2010… weird, that.
#Maternity Maternity is grossly underfunded and understaffed. Women and babies are damaged as it is. Neither main party intends to put enough money into the NHS to solve this.
“Do not appeal, do not beg, do not grovel.
Take courage, join hands, stand beside us,
fight with us”
I hear the press have got hold of some pictures and so I have been forced to make this statement. Needless to say, I apologise. https://t.co/mNRsQ57iTF
Student nurse, "The Tories have massively failed the NHS and social care" #BBCQT
"There is a severe lack of jobs.. Thousands are about to qualify and there are no jobs, so I don't know how you're investing in the workforce"
"Social care is also on it's knees.. How have you made anything better? You've just made it worse"
Well, the new GP surgeries and Community Diagnostic Centresx will sit beautifully alongside the imaginary 40 new hospitals promised in 2019.
But presumably the new staff will need to be imaginary too?
6. Putting patients first.
- Build or modernise 250 GP surgeries.
- Expand Pharmacy First to free up a total 20 million GP appointments.
- Build 50 new Community Diagnostic Centres.

BREAKING - Chair of Devon ICB resigns over funding and "shocking" state of infrastructure, refusing to "sign off on a further cut"
