@Ice_King365 That’s fair. I’m mostly speaking from experience since i’ve been playing Rockstar Games since 2008 and they never really had a smoother game than the xbox 360 version of GTA 4 in my opinion.

I’m still gonna buy GTA 6 regardless, I just hope the performance is good too.

@Ice_King365 there’s a vendor next to your apartment in Watson, same one i believe you got the pistol from, he should sell assault rifles. he may not have it in stock since vendor inventories reset every in game 24 hours but you can just sleep and reset his stock until he has one available.

@Ice_King365 it might be better than your pistol but I haven’t used either weapon in a while so if you do happen to grab the quest and get fenrir, you might have to do some testing to see which weapon you like better.

i’d still also get an assault rifle too while you’re at it.

@Ice_King365 there should be a quest for you around the location where I placed the white marker on my map that can lead you to an smg called fenrir.

the quest itself doesn’t reward you it but there’s a monk you rescue and to the left of him (your right) it should be placed on a table.

@Ice_King365 yup, they give you money, xp, street credit and upon completing every gig for a specific fixer, they’ll give you either a unique weapon, cyberware or a vehicle as a special reward.

the locations you go to for gigs can also have loot too, weapons to sell and crafting materials.

@Ice_King365 I’d recommend taking breaks from the main story and focus on side content like gigs.

Gigs have way less dialogue and zero cutscenes. Rewards scale higher the more you do them too.

You’ll also need the extra money and xp because the game does get harder as you progress.

@Ice_King365 so this isn’t really a spoiler but if you’re talking about Viktor, you actually don’t have to pay him back at all, it’s completely optional lol.

the only thing that happens if you don’t is his clinic remains locked so you can’t go to them for upgrades but that’s not a huge loss

@Ice_King365 that’s fair lol. for me, I built my old character around time slow-down, swords, power pistols/revolvers & power shotguns to just delete things up close.

Also if you haven’t, i’d get the reinforced tendons cyberware for your legs, it gives you double jump which is really handy.
