@AmazonHelp It says payment declined for me but the bank has sent me a confirmation email that the payment has gone through. The money has been deducted from my account. I have shared the email confirmation of the bank with amazon as well on your CS email.

@amazonIN It has been over a month we placed an order, you took the money and cancelled the order, there is still no sight of the refund. It has been frustrating to chase your customer service and get no response, forget a refund. We are just promised timelines and nothing else.

@AmazonHelp How can a senior member from your CS team look at the bank confirmation email and have no solution to offer. He tells me that speaking to him is the last escalation point. I guess if he is the last escalation point, the only place I can go to is the consumer court.
