Delhivery support provides chirag kumar number but he doesn't come when we have parcels until we call him multiple times.

Even 1 day pickup delay cause allot of troubles for small business.

@help_delhivery Pickup id : 275666971, i hope you can fetch the assigned awb using this. Accd to pickup person he is on leave for 12 days so we are not sure what to do next. Everyday our major task is to contact delhivery for picking up our parcels.

@help_delhivery Can someone please help in pickup of our parcels. We have to remind delhivery team for pickup and then delhivery team if they are in mood, they pickup the parcels. Require urgent help as we have raised multiple tickets on delhivery but each time their reply is same.
