@ericasbreamcast I've been using an old, dark gray sheet for years, like a security blanket or something. I feel like it's part of my brand now. Like, CDs might be thrown off if I changed it out haha. I booked half a dozen roles in the past year so it must be working!
@WeWhoWalkHere I had the opportunity to play Faustus years ago (Marlowe's). An interesting note is the difference in Goethe's (200 years later), where Faust(us) finds redemption not damnation. Also, the wager is imposed upon him in later versions, whereas in earlier versions he drives his fate.
@ericasbreamcast I feel like it's a baller move to send one when given the option for two anyway, so that's what I do. Otherwise (and I've heard of this happening), you might fall into the actor's "show my range" trap and talk them out of it with that second take. Thoughts?
